Nicholas Seyda
Nick is the founder of Vennor Group. He has a background as a professional athlete turned entrepreneur and investor, bringing a disciplined, process-oriented mindset to portfolio management and fund operations.
Nick is based in New York City and previously lived for an extended period in Central and Eastern Europe, where he gained firsthand experience with international markets and cross-border business practices. This exposure deepened his understanding of global market dynamics and continues to inform his perspective on macroeconomic risk and international investment opportunities. Nick has been actively investing for nearly a decade, having been introduced to financial markets through early mentorship from his father, whose career included roles at Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, and Credit Suisse.

Anirudh Nagaraj
Ani is an alumnus of North Carolina State University, where he earned a degree in Agribusiness Management with minors in Economics, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. He was selected as one of two students from his program to study abroad at the University of Copenhagen on scholarship, completing advanced coursework in resource and commodity economics. Studying and living abroad shaped how he evaluates markets by reinforcing the importance of a global perspective, particularly in commodities, where pricing, supply chains, and capital flows are inherently international. That experience, combined with extensive travel and exposure to international market participants, continues to inform how he approaches macro risk and cross-border dynamics.
Managing MemberAni has been actively trading for over a decade across equities, futures, and derivatives, with exposure to commodity markets including metals such as silver and copper, as well as agricultural softs like corn and soybeans. His investment approach emphasizes disciplined positioning and identifying structural edges in globally linked markets.
